> A storage fee of 20 € excluding VAT will be applied to each slip.
The removal of the wines will be possible only after payment and total collection of the slip and on presentation of this one with the mention paid. The control of the bottles will have to be done on the spot during the removal. No claim can be taken into account once the bottles have left the storage place.
The storage of the bottles is free until :1515th working day after the sale.
Beyond that date, storage fees of 3 € HT / lot / day will be charged directly to you. The bottles can only be removed after payment of any storage fees.
TRANSPORT AND SHIPPING:
The transport and the sendings are in charge of the purchaser.
The Caves de Montquartiers are able to deliver your stored wines (in Paris and close suburbs within 48 hours).
"Any auction slip that remains unpaid to KAHN & ASSOCIES and/or SELAS DAVID KAHN or that has been the subject of a delay in payment is likely to be registered in the TEMIS File."
